The Rollbahn Flexible allows you to freely change the pages. A new cover set has been added to the "Life Log" series which records various daily events. The cover is made of highly transparent clear material. The cover has a pocket which allows further customization by including photos, postcards, etc.

Spiral format allows the notebook to be used while standing or in a limited space. The refills inside can be removed and replaced from the four rings at the top and bottom of the main body with slit ring holes. To remove them from the rings, pull up either the top or bottom end of the refill vertically, about three sheets at a time, to remove them from the rings.
