Zenith staples are made in-house, a single wire at at time - a process unique to Zenith worldwide.  It's due to this labor intensive method that less glue is needed to hold the block of staples together - which leads to a softer, easier stapling experience.  The staple boxes are folded and filled by hand with 5,000,000 staples a day.
