Launched in 2017, Cup of Therapy is the creation of Finnish illustrator and artist Matti Pikkujämsä and the psychotherapist Antti Ervasti.  Using illustrations as a medium, important issues related to mental health and life are uniquely presented with familiar animals and characters.  The illustrations convey courage, healing and humor.
